Love this intra workout drink!

I just received this today but I didn’t feel like working out however at the same time I couldn’t wait to try it so I got off my ass and pushed myself to workout and when I took my first sip/drink of it during the workout, I immediately loved it. The taste was fruity but mild and not overpowering and the sweetness was just right, it’s not overly sweet that I could see myself enjoying this drinking for a while during my workouts. Best of all, it’s sweetened with monk fruit and stevia which is what I’m looking for..not sucralose which most of this energy and pre workout drinks have. This has clean ingredients from what I can tell. I made it through my intense workout, kept my energy up, dissolves easily in water and worth every penny!

I've reached the age where I need added supplements to gain muscle. I'm an almost 50yo fem which means trying to build muscle can feel impossible without a little help. I also need an appetite suppressant which I was really hoping this would be. I will say I think it has helped me feel stronger faster than I would without it, so that's good. I've been using it before/during each workout and I am seeing a difference in muscle mass, but beyond that I don't drink it. The taste is meh at best, it's ok but not something I would choose to just drink during the day. This does not suppress my appetite but we're also in the middle of this covid quarantine so that may be adding to the problem. I was also looking for something to replace my Catalyst that I used to use from a MLM company which I loved. Unfortunately they took away my 40% discount so I don't want to spend that amount of money for a months worth of product. Anyway, trying to find the perfect replacement for Catalyst may be impossible, i'll finish this container of product and then probably try something else.
