Samsung 8" Galaxy T380 WiFi Tablet

After my previous faithful Samsung tablet died one morning after 5 years of good service, I tried everything to revive it and even contacted Samsung to see about repairs, but the upfront deposit required was actually a little more expensive than buying this refurbished model. Still I was reluctant because I had so many programs and feared it would take me weeks to configure a new one, but I was pleasantly surprised that the set-up was much faster and more fluid than I dared to hope. The setup asked me if I wanted to transfer all of my data from my old tablet which it recognized and I went through the steps. It was like magic that 46 of the 49 apps were somehow resurrected from my old tablet that was dead as a doornail. I then manually installed the missing 3 apps and was up an running within about 90 minutes and had my entire library of books alive once more. The width is about an inch smaller than my old tablet, but surprisingly the screen is still the same size so it is easier to hold in my hand. I am very happy with this little jewel plus an added bonus is it has twice the memory of my old one.
