Very delicate........but....

These are absolutely stunning. I ordered two and they both arrived broken. The company immediately responded to me and sent me a replacement, which also arrived broken. It is the platters that are just not packaged and protected well because I also ordered 12 of the dessert plates and they are stunning. They all arrived well packaged and in great condition.

Do Not Order From Amazon

I love Lenox and this Christmas pattern. However, I ordered a couple of pieces from Amazon and none of them came with any protective packaging in the box. Luckily, the Lenox serving bowl I ordered was enacted when delivered. However, this platter was broken into several different pieces. I requested a replacement item and the same thing happened!!! When shipping items like this, Amazon needs to include at least some time of protective packaging.
