To the person who says it dosent hold charge

No it will not hold charge. The charge is held in the vehicle, car, boat or a 12v dc battery that it is plugged or clamped to then this device converts it to 115v ac output. There is no battery inside this inverter/converter to store energy. It is not a power station. I own this model and it works just like it is supposed to. I clamp my unit to 12v deep cycle optima battery to power 115v devices while dry camping and it works great!

Doesn’t hold a charge without being plugged in

When I first purchased this, it was great. We used it while away from home to charge phones/power things that needed an outlet. It’s been less than a year since I’ve purchased it and it won’t hold a charge unless plugged into my car. Even then, it doesn’t get enough power to do what needs to be done as it once had. Disappointed of the life it had but I guess that should’ve been expected.
