Comfortable and easy to use
By Honest on Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2023
I have had this Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combo for a week or two and so far, I love it! It was very easy to install, just plug in the USB dongle and viola! I put my laptop up on a stand for better ergonomics, so needed a new keyboard and mouse. This works perfectly for me and is very comfortable. Due to an answered question I decided to leave this keyboard and mouse on all the time, because the battery life is supposed to be very good. Additionally, I needed to buy a wrist rest to use with the keyboard - it looks like it comes with one, but in fact it is just hard plastic in front of the keys. A separate standalone wrist rest is needed for maximum ergonomic support. I especially like the music control, volume control, and calculator button on this keyboard, kind of a cool touch. The mouse has a nice scrolling wheel and some forward and back buttons on the side. I noticed some reviews said this is not a gaming keyboard - and they're probably right for a hardcore gamer this might be problematic. But I messed around in a casual game just fine with this keyboard and mouse. All and all I'm happy with my purchase. Would recommend. Thanks for reading and good luck!

Keyboard good, mouse not so much
By Troy P. on Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2022
I bought this set to replace some dinky company supplied peripherals. I wanted wireless instead of corded and landed on this keyboard and mouse. I picked this set over other Logitech sets due to the nicer looking mouse. After using it, I'm pretty happy with the keyboard. It's comfy, the keys are light and responsive, and I like some of the added macro keys (lock, home, calculator, etc). I wasn't expecting to care about the wrist rest but it's also a very nice and comfortable feature. There has been one instance where I had a response issue from the left Ctrl key, so I'll be keeping an eye on that. Overall, good little basic keyboard for work duties, 4/5. Now for the mouse. It's kinda terrible in comparison to others I've used. Again, I got this because the mouse was supposed to be a slight "upgrade" from other sets, but that really just means you get a few more buttons. I do like these added buttons, as I try and have them on any mouse I buy, but the overall quality is not worth this feature. The whole thing rattles like crazy, and the scroll wheel/middle button are both incredibly loud and clunky. It feels like there's a solid 20deg between scroll wheel notches. The middle button takes a ton of force to push down and after a day of clicking around on a 3d program, I can already feel it in my finger (maybe I'm exaggerating a bit about the finger soreness, but it is truly the stiffest middle button I've used). The DPI is very low and unadjustable, so it feels super slow unless you crank up your pointer speed in Windows, but even that gives a different feel than a quality DPI. This is a small complaint, but the optical sensor is off-center on the bottom, meaning as you twist the mouse, it moves in weird ways that other mice don't. All this being said, it is weighty and comfy, so that's good. But why am I being so hard on this mouse? First a disclaimer, I typically use HyperX mice and keyboards for my personal use which are great quality. However, if I'm not mistaken, this mouse sold alone typically runs around $30, which is quite high for a wireless mouse, and begins to near what I pay for these "gaming" mice. I'd expect better quality for something in that range. But perhaps that was the goal of this bundle, a lower priced set with decent features. However, I still don't like the mouse for this price point, overall 2/5 for the mouse. I'll continue to use the set (at least the keyboard) and maybe the mouse will get broken in and grow on me. I'd say for casual use it's fine, grinding out work in 3d programs? Eh we'll see about that.
