Damn, I was actually not expecting the quality of my desktop to be like this for renewed! It has exceeded my expectation!! I read a lot of reviews and almost didn’t get this one because of the keyboard/mouse pairing issues I read in a few reviews. But I’ve had no issues ! It comes with a keyboard and mouse already, and once I plugged both of them in, they paired to my computer right away and now I can use them cord free! Setup was super easy and the desktop is extremely clean and no scratches or dents . The picture quality is fireeeee! I just received it yesterday and I’m already working full force on it! If you’re looking to invest in a great Mac Desktop, this is it people!

The keyboard and mouse are not apple or wireless… shipping was not on point. If I could do it over I wouldn’t spent the money on this shady seller I’m sure some sent out were perfect but mine wasn’t. And 2/3 of the product isn’t apple. I wish Amazon would penalize sellers for false advertisement it’s not only annoying waiting for items that not 100% right but the hassle of returning, you just say forget it. I need it for school and don’t have two weeks to wait for what was advertised. if it was just what was stated in the beginning there would be no problems.

The product came well packed and in good condition, I bought it used , it came with some scratches but nothing overwhelming, I’m glad I bought.

Computer arrived in good shape along with a wonky British (?) keyboard and an Apple mouse. While Amazon's product info indicates it was first available in 2018, this must refer to the first time this "renewed" iMac was available. The computer is actually a 2015 model. The 8GB of RAM is a joke if you're looking to get any real work done. Then there's the setup - the iMac boots from a minuscule flash drive with the OS installed. The flash drive is easily updated, but you'll need to initialize the 1TB hard drive before moving on. Kind of a dumb setup but, if you're patient, you'll eventually have a workable computer. So, best to have a decent keyboard on hand and a good supply of RAM as well.

Purchased a new MAC desktop from these guys. Just after 3 months, computer stopped working properly. Contacted seller and they will not do anything about it. Be careful with these purchases. Don’t waste your money with these guys. Product was delivered on March 21 and stopped working on July 2nd.

At first i was very upset with this product but after upgrading the software, it’s just perfect i love it If you buy however, make sure you have a mouse and keyboard ready. The one they send is broken, it wont help you much.

The computer works perfectly and was packaged securely. I originally mis-read the specs and thought it had the wrong hard drive, and the customer service responded to my question very quickly

Up front, you need to know that this is a mid-2015 iMac that will have issues running the latest OS and third party software. Yes, they will run, but at much slower speeds than you'll see with a newer machine. Be prepared for long delays waking up, restarting, and booting up; opening and closing applications; and even performing simple functions like copy+paste. I've ordered extra RAM (up to the 32GB limit) from a third party seller and am hoping this will help speed things up. You'll probably also want to buy a keyboard and mouse separately. Those included in this order look like the cheapest and flimsiest available to the seller -- enough to get started but not durable enough to work with over time. Amazon Renewed promises that "There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length." Untrue; several nicks on the aluminum frame and stand were clearly visible out of the box. That kind of damage takes some force to inflict, so fingers crossed that this desktop won't quit on me after a few weeks as it appears to have done for some other commenters. The good news: no damage to the screen, and after three days of operating, I have experienced no significant issues except the inevitable slowness due to age. Would I buy it again? Yes, because: 1. This is not my main work machine, just one destined for occasional offsite use, so I can live with its flaws. 2. It's a working iMac at 1/3 the price of a current model, even after paying for additional RAM and a new mouse and keyboard.

everything came as expected except for the rare shadow on the bottom left corner of the screen, theres another one the right but smaller.
