Great for larger users

Great product, as a large guy 6ft (initially 450# now down to 340#) it's been hard to find a good and safe hammock. This one absolutely fit the bill. I initially used it for a few nights back when I still weighted 450#+. It was comfortable and held up great. I just used it this summer at camp with my scouts. I'd lost over 120# and it was even more comfortable. I spent 6 straight nights in it, and it was the best sleep I've gotten camping. You can't beat this price as well. It's a heck of a deal.

Was great, until it wasn’t…

I bought this back in April and I use it approximately 2-3x a week at work. I sleep in it between 1-3 hrs each time. It was great. It was comfortable and large enough I didn’t feel squeezed in. Up until today I never had an issue with it. Well this morning I was set it up got into it and maneuvered myself to get comfortable and all of a sudden I was on the ground. The nylon strap just snapped. I guess I’m lucky I wasn’t already sleeping. Hopefully my lower back where I landed isn’t too bad.
