Very nice backpack with lots of pockets inside and out for storage !Only complaint is that the zippers are a little "stiff" and difficult unzip. But my 11 year old son absolutely loves it !

For the price I paid I am very disappointed in the zipper issue. Can you do anything to help me out on this? I purchased this for my grandson to use at school.
