HP 15.6" AMD A9 1TB Touch Notebooks

This computer is utter trash, you would think that for $600 you deserve some sort of decent quality, maybe? hp doesn't think so. The laptop comes with Mcafee antivirus instaled, Mcafee is known for being a very bloated software that makes you computer slow, so I have no clue as to why they would install McAfee and no other antivirus more efficient. I uninstalled McAfee in hopes it would solve a thing, it didn't. The system has internet explorer as default navigator, which was very slow; I figured that maybe it was the navigator. I tried unsuccessfully multiple time to download chrome, that didn't work out. It takes ages to load anything, be it website, hp support, even word was an issue to load if it loaded at all. I contacted hp support, but they game me another number to contact the manufacturer, I could never get in touch with the manufacturer so that was that. I tried about everything but I'm done, there is only so much frustration a human being can take. I which I could give thius zero stars because I am hurting so much over this. Do not waste your money or time in this.
