Crocs Classic Lined Clog Sandals

Loved the color. Put my feet in and initially they felt great! I was ready to take off and walk around for the day! Later that night my toes on my right foot were sore and I thought hmm what's the issue? So I looked the shoe over and happened to see that I was sent a size 9 when I ordered a size 10.. Oops. I contacted the seller. I was told that because they'd been worn they couldn't do anything, but they wanted to help me, and didn't want me to be upset, but offered no help. Messages went back and forth basically repeating the same thing over and over just worded differently. Basically they're too small of a business to take a loss of $43. My receipt showed the customer shipping address of someone else and I pointed that out and said I received someone else's order, but was told the city was part of the store. It made no since. After going around and around I think the customers address is actually the sellers, but am still confused. I did admit that I should've checked the shoe out prior to wearing, but they felt great when I initially put them on, so I don't see why I would've at that point, inspected them thoroughly. I guess I learned a hard lesson. I love Crocs and have many colors. They are comfortable, lightweight, and easy to clean. They last forever and I've found that my favorites are the lined ones. I will continue buying them, but from now on I will thoroughly inspect before they go out the door!
