UGG Women's Fluff Yeah Slide Slipper (Open Box)

This was my second time ordering, first time it just did not fit, so I returned them—no fault on their part. This second time I got an awkward shoe, the elastic was very big and/or stretched out. I tried them on around my house and I was twisting my ankles while walking because they were so loose. They did not look like the adult slipper, either, I’m pretty sure I was sent a child slipper. That was not a huge deal to me, though, mistakes happen. My biggest concern was that the shoes were sent in JUST the shoe box. The label was affixed to the top of the shoe box and the box was not sealed in any way. The product could easily be tampered with or simply stolen which makes me feel a little uncomfortable in terms of what I’m actually receiving. I want to clarify that this was only the case for the second order, the first time there was no issue and the shoe looked great, just the wrong size/fit for me. Because of this, and because I understand December is a busy time, I’m looking past this incident and will order again, maybe I’ll try another style though, as I am not having much luck with this one.
