My favorite running shoes
By Ben W on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2020
The best running shoes I have ever owned. This is my 2nd pair. I have wide feet and weigh 250lbs on a 5'10" frame. I run because I have to and tend to underprotonate/supinate. The cushion is fantastic but still allows for responsiveness. I have wide, ugly hobbit feet as well, the toe box allows for my toes to spread out and the fit is very comfortable. I typically run 1.5 to 6 miles 3 times a week and the shoes last me 9 months to a year before needing another pair. The cushioning is most pronounced along the inside of the foot (hence the help with supination). Last note is that they are true to size, if you buy a wide size don't go a half size up or your foot will slip out at the heel if you go any faster than a jogging pace. Not the biggest fan of the color choices, however, that comes with the territory of having fat feet.

Just incredibly OK. 😐

As a runner who likes a rather firm running shoe, this shoe is taking some getting used to. It looks way to wide and honestly feels like I'm running on two oversized industrial strength sponges. If you like a soft running shoe this is the one for you. As a lover of Saucony running shoes myself, this one misses the mark for me. To be fair I've only put about 20 miles on them since purchased. 1 year later: I've completely abandoned these as running shoes and now they're more like my slippers I wear to walk the dog first thing in the morning. Back spasms, knee pain and a number of other ailments caused me to forego these shoes and buy a more traditional runner (Saucony Ride 5). Good luck with your purchase if you buy these.
