The One to Get!
By eRob on Reviewed in the United States on May 28, 2021
First, regarding reviews that batteries don't fit... I suspect they are trying to use rechargeable batteries which run at the top of the spec for both diameter and length (bigger battery-more mAh). I am using Duracell alkaline and they fit perfectly. Just test periodically and replace them annually as per instructions. I am a professional diver and insist on top quality in my gear. It's kind of a safety thing, you know? I HIGHLY recommend that you apply some silicone grease to the o-ring of the battery compartment and make certain there is no dirt or debris. Pros Light, tough, super bright (don't look directly at it - seriously), compact, excellent design, made in USA Cons They might have included a Velcro strap for the price which is not cheap :) Note: This is NOT a flashlight. It's one fantastic emergency signaling strobe that might just save your life!

U.S.C.G. Approved Emergency Beacon, inflated price!
By Tony Dixon on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2020
I ordered this little LED Strobe Light which is literally USCG Approved as stated on the product and within the actual paperwork, and I am very pleased with this product overall. I have never seen nor experienced such a damn good product with a fair price point! I know now that I will be going on future expeditions and adventures in the future! Now I did encounter the “ON/OFF Button” would sometimes activate even when the Beacon was in the “OFF Position” which causes me to give this Product only 2-STARS plus the ridiculous Price Inflation! When I first Ordered this actual Product I ONLY paid little over $51.00 and now the same Product is OVERLY PRICED! 👎🏻 Sincerely, Tony Dixon. Portland, Oregon
