Expensive Junk

Bought this 6-8 months ago to replace a unit which had lasted roughly 6 years of regular use. This one has seen about 4 uses as my dog is geriatric and bathing her is more difficult now. Using it this morning, flipped the water stop switch and immediately water sprayed from around the base of the handle. A second later the hose separated spraying water all over the bathroom. Inspection showed that the hose had not come disconnected, it had literally broken off the handle. Their "warranty" (and offers of assistance when you leave bad reviews) ONLY pertain if you have the original reciept. Don't waste your money on this garbage.
