If you are going to use the external vent option you might need a pro to install.

Bad business

The product arrived damaged. And missing parts. Looked like someone had the microwave, unpacked it, threw it in the ground, grabbed what they needed, and repackaged it In original box band into another box. The Box on the outside looked nice tho
