UGG Ascot Men's Slipper (Open Box)

This order was initially shipping later than I needed. As it was a gift I tried cancelling but too late. When it arrived, the box was beat up; slippers sent were a size 8 in a size 9 box, and the slippers themselves were not fully lined -see photos. I ordered another pair in size 10 worried about sizing b/c that 8 was so small, so but, buyer be aware. I couldn't get my women's size 9 foot into those alleged men's size 8. size 10's I ordered, second pair, came in just fine and fully lined and gift recipient happy w/ the slightly too big slippers. An actual size 9 probably would've worked but a little snug? My 2¢ is you could go to a physical store like Nordstrom's to get it for the same price point and know what you're getting.
