Everything was great except the part to didn't come

I am more than happy to change this to a 5 star if I can get the part that massage your feet that were not in my package. As you can see in the picture that is what is missing. I don't really want to package the whole thing backup and send it back, all I need are the missing parts. I hope to hear from customer service soon. I couldn't find a number to call.
