Fast, crisp, clear pictures!

Veryfsst print and very good quality. If you have darker photos, be sure to lighten them up in your photo edit app of your choice so that your are sure of not getting a very dark picture when printing. Other than that, it’s great and have used it for many projects! The app seems a little antiquated but like I said, use your own photo editing app prior to printing in case you need to lighten pictures up and you’re set!

A Printer That Does Not Print

I just received my new Kodak Mini, and read the tiny partial information sheet included, while it charged up. I was able to download the Kodak app, and get my phone to connect to the printer. I sent my first sample image to print. I then waited for the firmware update to finish, and restarted the printer. It make quite a bit of noise stating it was doing "yellow" with no actual visible movement. Nothing came out while this loud whirring sound continued. Eventually I'm told it failed to pick up the paper and to press "Continue" to continue to print. I press "Ok" since there is no "Continue" option available and it tries again. Repeatedly. After a number of tries it tells me to replace the cartridge. A brand new printer that does not print. Update: I was able to get it to pri t by buying a brand new cartridge. Customer support was fairly quick, one day email response to tien it off and back on again. I e ained the printer did work, but the original cartridge was defective. I was promptly sent a prepaid return label to send the working printer back for repair. (Cartridges are not covered.)
