Inconsistent product and color

I ordered one back in June of last year and I absolutely love it. I wanted another color and size so ordered the burgundy. The one I got looks and feels like a completely different product. The material is not as soft and it’s thin and wrinkly. Also the color is way off. Not sure what happened
