Bad product, Cant use

Computer looked fine until I opened it up and started it up. Touch screen was messed up and seemed to always act like something was touching it, opening programs and pushing things. Actual mouse and touch screen didnt work when this happens making the computer impossible to use. Guess Ill be looking for a different xmas gift, I would give no star if I could.
