I love my new stainless steel cook wear! I gave away all my Teflon since going organic. I especially love the large sauté pan. It does everything, sauté, stir fry, braised, makes one pan meals. And the best thing, these pots and pans clean up like a dream and fast!

Foods stick to the bottom of the pan. Not good for frying.

Everything sticks to the surface of the pans. Hard to clean. Look great, but not as good as inexpensive Teflon coated pans. Very disappointing.
