GREAT PURCHASE!
By Deano from Florida on Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2019
UPDATE May 2021 - Have it about 1 1/2 years now. LOVE EVERYTHING about this unit - use every day and simply PERFECT!!!! Bought "renewed" with fingers crossed, but trusted Amazon. Have for more than a month now and 100% pleased. Was packaged very well, all items like new (only thing that showed 'not new' was a slight ring on the bottom carafe warmer showing it was slightly used.). But everything was there and bottom line - works PERFECTLY. Has so many great features. My old unit -another brand, dripped when taking the carafe out (bad design). This one has the lever to stop and able to remove carafe while brewing - works A+. Love everything about this Ninja - esp the water storage on board, and the fast brewing, and the selections of brew type and size. Love the comfort of knowing that Amazon will replace if not pleased with Renewed unit....but I am - 100% so.

Worst Amazon purchase yet!
By Amazon Customer on Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2019
Do not buy this machine. I usually have faith in refurbished products, so I ignored the other negative reviews. Don’t make the same mistake! The first time I tried to set the delay brew, only about half the reservoir of water actually became coffee— the other half was spilled on my counter, seeming to have dripped out of the reservoir overnight. I gave the Ninja one more chance, filling the reservoir at night but then not attaching it until the morning (so, rendering the delay brew function useless). This worked for a while until the machine started malfunctioning. It gets a little ways in to brewing, then seems to think the “drip stop” is closed and beeps continuously. First it did this when I tried to make a whole pot, so I switched to making half a carafe at a time and had some luck. Now, the machine won’t even start brewing, just flashes the “drip stop” button and beeps. I don’t see why the button is even necessary as the simplest of coffee machines have an automatic “pause and pour” feature. I’ll never purchase another Ninja product, refurbished or otherwise. Thank goodness I got the warranty so I can get rid of this thing!
