Great computer. Iffy trackpad.

Received this today ($899 24-hour deal). The trackpad on the keyboard is wonky. I'm not sure if it's a driver issue or hardware issue. Working with dell support at the moment. I find this tablet so fun to use; I use it for work and personal use. I just purchased the Dell Active Pen PN556W on Newegg and it made it so much more fun to interact with my device. I personally prefer to use it laptop-style. I also purchased a USB-C dongle for it that has USB-3, Ethernet, and HDMI ports. Sometimes I can hear the fan blowing, but I find that's usually because of a tab in Chrome using too much CPU. With 16GB of RAM, it stays quiet 95% of the time. I love, Love, LOVE, this thing (aside from the intermittent trackpad issues caused by the charger). UPDATE: Dell support was of no help because to them the keyboard is not included with the computer's service tag. But, it looks like the trackpad issue occurs only when the charger is connected. Remove the charger and it works perfectly. UPDATE: I installed all of the updates from Dell's website (for me, the service tag was located on a white barcode sticker on the back of the device) and eventually the trackpad problem went away. UPDATE (12/30/2017): I am still intermittently having the trackpad problem. I know it definitely has to do with the charger being plugged in, but it doesn't happen every single time the charger is plugged in. It never occurs when the charger is disconnected. I found that when I touched metal part of my laptop with one hand, and used the trackpad with the other hand, the trackpad would work fine. When I took my hand off the metal, it would become erratic. (All while the charger is plugged in). This appears to be a grounding issue. I contacted Dell support, and explained this to them, they are sending me a replacement charger for now. If that doesn't work I will have to have the device tablet inspected by a certified dell tech.

Keyboard

Top keys aren't configured right and haven't been working. Backlit doesn't work either. Tablet is great without keyboard issues.
