Very capable used laptop in excellent condition

Received in almost new condition. Only a very small dent in the lid, otherwise perfect. Hardware specs are exactly as advertised (not always a given with refurbs). Windows 10 pro license is legit. Overall, I got pretty much the same laptop as if I had bought it new for triple the price. Performance-wise it's a mid-tier corporate laptop that balances weight, battery life, and computing power nicely. You can find its limits when multitasking heavily, particularly if using as desktop replacement with a docking station and 4K monitors. But this laptop is a quite capable daily driver for most office/school/home workloads.

Source of great frustration

A bad purchase from the start. Once we purchased the needed adaptor (it arrived without one) and were able to begin using the laptop, it has had issues with overheating and the fan does not appear to work correctly. The computer gets very hot and freezes up frequently. On more than one occasion, it has started making a very loud buzzing sound. Of course, the product support window closed April 3, 2018... We are in the market for a new laptop

Bought it refurbished and had a problem with accessing the computer. I was able to exchange the computer.i was able to use the computer for 7 months. Now the screen freezes up randomly. I can’t get anything done and it randomly chooses if it wants to work. If the screen recently froze and I try to restart it the screen turns on black.

So far, this little laptop is doing a wonderful job and meeting my expectations. I online shop, do a bit of social media, emails, and keep my photos and recipes. I use it to connect to my Alexa and play music because the speakers are a little bit better. So far, so good! It says it is refurbished, but I have had no problems whatsoever. Sometimes I wish it charged longer, but overall, well worth the money.

Had mine for 3 months now, no blemishes on mine despite being refurbished. Was like new both cosmetically, and functionally. Long as you don't need to game, it's speedy in just about all basic tasks. It's a bit on the small side though, and the battery drains pretty quickly.

I purchased this unit in February. Yesterday Microsoft pushed Windows updates which resulted in the unit losing all information on the drive. I lost all my data, there is no operating system on the unit. The warranty company, Metropc, will not do anything since the unit was purchased through Amazon and not directly from them.
