Ahhhmazing!

I just received this today and set up was a breeze, you will need a magnifying glass to read the instructions because the font is in like a size 5 and very challenging to read. I’m here to say that I am so happy, this is the most beautiful beautiful essential oil diffuser. It worked right out of the box like a charm despite some of the one star reviews. and I actually wonder what all of the one star reviews are about as I looked into some of those profiles and they don’t even seem real reviews. I’m sure there has to be one or two that has been a malfunction and I would like to say that it does take purified water some mechanisms breakdown if purified water is not used (Like our facial steamers at the spa will stop working if certain water isn’t used) always make sure that after two or three uses that this is cleaned out especially with very sticky thick type essential oil’s. Alcohol is great for cleaning out that type of sticky gummy oil, I don’t know how it will work on plastic inners as I always used a glass diffuser and direct oil not steam. The colors are ahhhmazing it is so Geogeous with the lights that y can program me to stay one color or cycle through. There are buttons on outside to program how long you want the diffuser on, it cycles from like a half hour to four hours by pressing the second button is to set the color to stay on one or cycle through, there’s a code in the book element that tells how many times to press in order to Get to the desirable color that you want.. I may order another one even though I have glassoil diffusers. It is a well made tin and it is thin like a dime. The colors burnished on outside looks nice too. Very classy and beautiful. Not seemingly cheaply made but something that (I’m crossing my fingers)will last a while with proper regular maintainence. The top is easily slipped off on both containers the brass outer sheath lifts off the inner housing unit, and he reservoir lifts off to pour the water into. Super easy, purchase this, you won’t regret it!

Do NOT waste your time...didn't work right out of the box.

Doesn't work. It is rare that I can recall purchasing an item from Amazon and literally out the box it doesn't work. This doesn't even deserve a star unless it's just to say it ARRIVED! I saw some of the other reviews discussing how this thing isn't that great, but I was like I'd give it a shot anyway given the number of positive comments out there as well. I was hopeful given the level of uniqueness in the design of the container. At any rate, it is true what others have said - DO NOT waste your time. I will be returning this one today, meant to do it yesterday when I opened up the packaging and it proved fruitless. I am glad I purchased another one at the same time that turned out to be exactly I had imagined and more. So this is a huge promotional message for Aromacare's 300ml Ultrasonic diffuser. Not only was it $10 cheaper than this thing, it worked right out of the box and has been going all night.
