This was the perfect size for a travel journal. Love that the binding, cover, and pages are so durable and classic looking. Love the variety of colors. Can’t go wrong with Moleskin!

Disappointing paper; very poor for fountain pens

The paper in these notebooks has very bad properties of bleed-through when using fountain pens on them. The ink seems to get sucked into the paper and lose a lot of its color. It's so bad I gave up on using both sides of the paper - partly because of the bleed through and partly because it will get me through the notebook faster so I can replace it with something from Leuchtturm, whose paper are far superior. Also, this notebook does not have numbered pages. I expect that in a cheap spiral, but not this supposedly premium product. Absolutely not worth the price. If it cost $15 it would be a maybe. At almost $30, hard pass.
