I like the product but I just didn’t like how it was not in a box.. it was delivered just like this smh it’s Christmas time and people do steal

I really don't understand why it's so hard to order a toy and have it do what it says it does. Is there not quality assurance any more. This microphone intermittently works, when it does the volume is very low, you can barely hear your voice through the microphone and there is static, it's beyond frustrating. My son tried it a few times and was done with it.
