As good as new at a fraction the price.

Could not tell that it wasn't brand new, every single piece & part are indistinguishable from brand new. Forgot it was "refurbished," looks, operates & works 100% as well as "new." The Ninja is awesome, very powerful & incredible at blending, crushing & mixing everything from cake mix or powders to frozen fruit & vegetables for shakes, smoothies & cocktails. The best & most amazing blender we have ever owned. Very highly recommended & high quality item.

Old version of pitcher; broke before even 15 uses

The seller was nice, packaging perfect; motor/blender works great. The problem is the pitcher and lid. Our pitcher was hand washed and we only use it to make smoothies with ice--What we think happened is that the motor is too powerful for the pitcher that comes with this product. I thought it was the 2017 version of the pitcher (and lid) but it isn't. Now I had to buy a new pitcher/lid which cost over 100 dollars on top of this bundle deal from 9 months ago. I am really disappointed.
