Do NOT order this laptop....

This is the first and the last time I have ordered a laptop through Amazon. The main reason I bought this was the touch screen. NO TOUCH SCREEN! You can't return it if you open the box. Well you have to open the box to turn on the laptop to find out there is not a touch screen. It wasn't the color I ordered but not a big issue. I feel ripped off. Not happy.....
