recently purchased Nutrient Elements Organic Goji Berries, expecting a high-quality, fresh product based on the packaging and claims. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The goji berries were clumped together in hard chunks, making them nearly impossible to separate or use without breaking apart by force. They didn’t resemble fresh or even dried berries but rather appeared stale and overly compressed, likely due to poor storage or processing issues. The texture and taste were not what I expected from a product marketed as organic and premium quality. Despite their apparent dryness, they lacked the flavor and vibrant color I’ve experienced with other goji berry products. This made me question the overall freshness and whether the product had been handled properly during shipment or storage. What made matters worse is the fact that this product cannot be returned. For a high-priced organic product, it’s unacceptable that there are no return options, leaving me stuck with a subpar product. I would strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere for goji berries that are fresher and more carefully processed.
