I'm very pleasantly surprised by this rower. It's well made and provides a good workout. I've owned a Concept 2. For personal use, I prefer this rower for a couple reasons: smaller footprint and cost. The workout is pretty similar. For commercial use, I'd still go Concept 2, but if you just row as an addition to your workout routine, this one works great. Assembly is pretty easy, though you could do yourself a favor and buy a minimal set of wrenches to make it easier.

Watch out for poor belt alignment in pre-assembled fan compartment.
By ToddR on Reviewed in the United States on February 1, 2018
Rower seems okay, but not without some initial issues. Setup was easy and the directions were straight forward. Problems started though when we started using it. It would periodically make a sound like something was getting hit by the fan. The fan component comes pre-assembled, so I knew it wasn't an issue with installation. I popped the display screen out to try to get a look inside. I could see the drive belt and it looked like it was right up against the fan wheel. I decided to brave it and disassemble the fan casing and found that the drive belt was indeed only halfway (or less) on the groved shaft. There were some screw heads on the fan wheel assembly that would hit the belt as the fan turned. I worked it over onto the grooves, reassembled the compartment and it seems like smooth sailing (no more grating noise). Will the problem reoccur? It could - there are no guides (significantly raised sides) that will keep the belt on the track. It seems to rely on the groves on the belt lining up with groves on the shaft to keep it in place. Weak engineering. How did it slip in the first place? Impossible to know if it was installed that way or possibly stored upside down at some point either in inventory or in transit. When it does work, seems to provide a decent workout.
