Great for Spiralizing & Smoothies!!!
By MaryKay on Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2018
I’m THRILLED with this Ninja! I bought it mainly for the spiralizer after seeing their infomercial. I also make smoothies a lot. Both of those attachments work flawlessly. Everything is made of high quality heavyweight plastic and is super easy to clean. One of the best overall features is the stable base unit which is lightweight to pick up and move around the kitchen but rock solid on the counter when processing. My 30 year old Cuisinart was so heavy it was easier to chop by hand than lug it in and out of the cabinet. The only thing missing from the processor function is slicing and shredding discs but I think I can use the spiralizer. I haven’t tried the blender yet but based on the smoothie maker, the blender will be fantastic as well. SPIRALIZER: I like the spiralizer attachment so much that I went to Ninja’s website and bought the $39.95 add-on package that includes 3 additional blades (angel hair, pappardelle and ribbon) in a handy 5-blade storage case. They really should sell it all as a stand alone spiralizer. I have had 2 manual spiralizers that were flimsy and not cheap. This one makes the slicing and cleanup a breeze. I could not be happier with Ninja Intelli-Sense even though at the time is sounded like a lot of money to buy this whole system. But it has already gotten a lot of use and is helping me to enjoy adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. Maybe my husband (a great cook but not a techie) will try using it sometime!

Loved it, but...
By Annja64 on Reviewed in the United States on February 3, 2022
The first 64oz food processor bowl lasted 2 years. I loved it and still love it with one exception. The food processing bowl has weak plastic parts where they should probably use metal. The 4 plastic pegs that held the bottom of the processor on sheared right off. I bought a replacement for $40 from Ninja directly and this one only last 1 year and you can see in the photos the same plastic screw holds sheared off again. I'm not sure if I should buy another bowl or bag the whole system since many are complaining about the same thing.
