Affordable, functional & compact!

I’ll preface this review by saying that my husband and I are both avid gym rats. We welcomed our first baby this year and with that being said, it was pretty difficult trying to find time to make it to the gym. I ordered this BodyBoss system because it was affordable and it had many positive reviews. I’ve been using this system for about 2 months now and to be honest, this body boss system exceeded my expectations. The bands are very durable and the attachments are very easy to apply and remove. They send a guide with workouts on there and there are also some videos on YouTube, however, it’s been so fun getting creative with my workouts using this system. In addition to my balanced diet, I’m less than 10 lbs away from my pre-baby weight! In a nutshell, if you’re looking for something compact, affordable and functional then this system is for you! TIP: I remember watching a video review and one said they had too much slack in the bands. All you have to do is just loop it through another section, attach and Boom! There goes your added resistance!

Easy to use - Just hope that the bands don't break. Customer service is not good.

I have been using my BodyBoss 2.0 regularly for about a year, and I have been really pleased with the results and the workouts are fun and easy to do. The only complaint I have is that the customer service is sorely lacking. A year after, on the date of purchase, one of the bands broke while I was exercising. I reached out to customer service and they asked for me to register my product, upload the Amazon invoice, and take a picture of the broken band, all of which I did. Erin G. of customer support was working with me and said that my bands would be replaced and that I would see an email soon with tracking/shipping info. Well, two weeks went by and I saw no email with tracking so I emailed Erin G. and asked if she could provide an update. another two weeks went by with no response. I then went to the website and reached out to customer service again and soon received an email from Erin G. saying that she didn't know what was going on and she would look into it. Two weeks later, no response. I emailed again and I have yet to get a response and it has now been 2 months since the band broke. Awful customer service. Not a way to win over customers.
