The quality of was excellent as they described
By Where did on this for over two weeks the tracking all I would say is it came from Guatemala with no updates for today it says will be delivered at 2:30 today then a 230 says it’s delivered never arrived. When I contacted customer service. They couldn’t even tell me who is delivering the package. I know the package wasn’t delivered because I have cameras on my front door my back door all they could say I was lost. What a waste of time. on Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2025
It was more than I expected. It was like new ipad Screen quality was great. Storage capacity was great delivery was really quick. I would definitely buy from them again.

Not Totally Refurbished

Apple has locked me out of this iPad and refuses to let me back in because, they said, "you used your iPad to recover your iPhone." I did NOT do this because I have never had an iPhone. Apparently, whoever was the PREVIOUS owner of this "refurbished" iPad used it to recover his/her iPhone. I have been on the phone with Apple support 4 times for a total of about 6 hours. I have sent them my Amazon receipt proving that I am the owner. Apple will not unlock it. I spent $103.59 on this device on November 15, 2024. I have requested an invoice from XXSUS LLC and have heard nothing from them. This iPad is useless. I am MOST unhappy.
