LED lights dont hold up and burn out

I have these on my home and loke the look and speckled light they project on the surrounding area. But on morebthan one occasion one of the LEDs burn out. Since they appear to be wired in series and not parrallel, once one of the 10 or 12 LEDs burn out the light wont get bright at all. Ive had to replace a fixture 2 or 3 times. I dont think the LED "diodes" (or whatever they are called) is sold separately.
