DO NOT PURCHASE THIS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM GREENS STEEL!!!!!

UPDATE 11/7/23: One day after I posted my last review Greens Steel messaged me again. Remember this is only their SECOND response to me in more than THREE MONTHS, given only after posting a review here on Amazon. In that three months they not only ghosted me after I sent them them photos they requested, in their ONE AND ONLY ONE communication with me immediately after my initial contact. The message they sent on 11/3/23 AGAIN requested photos. Keep in mind I already sent them the photos more than three months ago, and they did nothing. These are the same photos that are posted with the review they responded to, as well as two other product reviews for their products. I responded and let them know that the photos had been sent three months ago, and had been posted not just once or twice, but three times on Amazon, including the review they responded to. I was clear that they could utilize any of those more than two dozen photos. Today is 11/7/23 and they've yet to respond. So, it appears as if I've been ghosted for a THIRD time. Expected, but nonetheless comical. I've given them until this Friday, 11/10/23, for this to be resolved. I think that 3 ½ months is sufficient enough time. At that point, I'll be following advice given to me by the BBB, after Greens Steel also failed to respond to them when I filed a complaint. This all could have been so simple. All they had to do was replace the products that had failed, in accordance with their advertised lifetime warranty. That's it. Simple! Instead here we are. I've said it before, and I'll continue to say it, I have NEVER dealt with a company like this. I will, of course, continue to update this review as needed. I certainly hope it saves someone the trouble I've gone through. UPDATE 11/2/23: For some reason, Greens Steel decided to respond to one of my reviews that I left on the three products I purchased through them. When I responded to them, within an hour of being notified of their message, they ghosted me...again. Yup, I've now sent them TWO responses to that random message and they still haven't got back to me. I really don't know why they bothered to respond at all if they were just going to ghost me again. I'm telling you folks, you really need to run as fast as you can from this company. I've never experienced anything like this in my life, and I'm almost 53 years old. I'll continue to update this review whenever I have new information to add. In the meanwhile...RUN! UPDATE 10/29/23: On 9/27/23 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding my issues with Greens Steel and their failure to respond in ANY way when it came to issues with multiple products of theirs (see my original review). After MONTHS of attempting to contact Greens Steel, and their failure to respond, I felt I had no choice but to file a complain with the BBB. Well, I finally heard from the BBB regarding my complaint. The BBB has spend the last MONTH making MULTIPLE attempts to contact Greens Steel, only to come up with the same nothing that I did. Greens Steel is not only now refusing to respond to me, they are refusing to respond to the BBB. I'm including some screenshots to prove what I am saying. At this point, I will be taking the advice of the BBB and filing complaints with whoever I can, including filing a dispute with my credit card company for all Greens Steel products I have purchased. After month and months of both myself and the BBB attempting to contact this company, in order to resolve issues with products covers by their "lifetime warranty," it is clear that Greens Steel has no intention of honoring that warranty. I also plan to send letters to the news sources that Greens Stell lists on their website as recommending their products. For a company to advertise that all their products have a lifetime warranty, then not just refuse to honor that warranty, but refuse to even respond to a customers' REPEATED attempts to contact them, is one of the most egregious abuse of customer trust that I have ever encountered. I will continue to update this review as I have new information. ORIGINAL REVIEW: DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER GREENS STEEL PRODUCT!!!!! It has now been TWO MONTHS since I first contacted Greens Steel regarding the issues I am having with ALL THREE of the handles, and two of the four 40 ounce tumblers, I purchased from them. But more on that in a moment. When I first purchased the tumblers I was elated that I'd FINALLY found a cup that I didn't have to jump up and down to fill with ice every two minutes. I take two water pills every day, so staying hydrated is super important. The problem is, I can't stand when my water or the homemade sugar free lemonade I drink gets warm, so I was CONSTANTLY running for ice. But not with the Greens Steel tumbler. The only issue I had was the 40 ounce tumblers that I bought were kind of heavy for me when filled with water and ice. I have small hands and arthritis. This made picking the tumblers up difficult, until I bought the handles to go with the tumblers. Man oh man was I in heaven when they arrived. They fit the tumbler perfectly and made picking it up SO MUCH EASIER. I went ahead and bought two more handles. For close to a year I raved about Greens Steel products. I even purchased three of their largest coffee cups. Everyone I knew got the low down about my new tumblers and coffee cups. My tumbler could sit on my nightstand all night long and the water inside would still be ice cold in the morning. Heck, it stayed ice cold for hours after I woke up. I couldn't have been happier. Alas my total satisfaction slowly came to an end less than a year after my purchase. I noticed that the handles on my tumblers had begun to migrate upwards. At first I wasn't worried. New products sometimes "settle." But they keep going higher and higher. They eventually went so far up the tumblers that you physically couldn't open the flip piece that seals the cup from drinking. They'd become useless and I had no choice but to remove them. And that meant I couldn't even use the tumblers, because they were just to difficult for me to lift time after time, all day long, day in and day out. A short time before the handles became useless I'd also notice dents forming in the bottom of two of my tumblers. Nothing ever goes in them other than ice from a counter top ice maker, which doesn't produce rock hard ice, and either water or my homemade sugar free lemonade. I even had two separate cups for my water and lemonade. My favorite color, purple, for water. And yes, you guessed it, yellow for my lemonade. Having two separate cups was a hold over from my plastic cup days, because lemonade would etch the cups after repeated use. So on August 3, 2023 I contacted Greens Steel about these two issues. I had NO DOUBT that these issues would be rectified by them. They boast that all of their products have a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I sent in a message through their website contact us form, and less than an hour later I had an email from Jenn requesting photos. I was VERY pleased at the quick response. Since I'd anticipated the request for photos I had them ready to send. Within minutes I'd sent the requested photos off to Jenn. Again, I had ZERO DOUBT Greens Steel would make good on their lifetime warranty. I was more wrong than I'd ever been in all of my 52 years. Days went by and I didn't hear back from Jenn. Then a week. At this point I responded to Jenn's original email asking for an update on the situation. I also attempted to call, but no one would answer, so all I could do was leave a voicemail. Over the next few days I called over and over again. I called early in the morning, later in the afternoon, and every time in between. No one EVER answered the phone. All I ever got was their voicemail. It's now been TWO MONTHS since I first contacted them on August 3rd. I've called them every day for two months, sometimes up to a dozen times a day. I NEVER GET ANYTHING BUT THEIR VOICEMAIL. I've left countless voicemails, responded to Jenn's email multiple times, and even went back to their website and filled out their contact us form again. Nothing. NO RESPONSE IN TWO MONTHS. I even called Amazon and lodged a complaint against Greens Steel. So two months later it's QUITE apparent that Greens Steel has ghosted me. Their lifetime warranty is nothing but a whisper in the wind. I spend hundreds of dollars with this company, recommend them to everyone I know, and now I'm stuck with three handles and tumblers that are worthless to me. I simply can't use the tumblers without the handles. And the company I bought it all from not only refuses to honor their lifetime warranty, they refuse to even acknowledge my countless requests for ANY form of communication. At this point I can no longer, in good conscience, recommend ANY of their products. A company who refuses to communicate with its customers, or stand behind its products by honoring their lifetime warranty, is NOT a company that consumers should support. My final Hail Mary pass to try and force Greens Steel's hand will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I don't want to do that, but Greens Steel has left me with no choice. I'll update this review at a later time to let you know how that goes.
