Easy to use.

Arrived in sturdy box and very well packed & protected. It was quite heavy & I was not able to pick the box up to bring indoors. Overall I am very pleased with the machine. It was easy to put together. I am having to work up on the length of time I can use it but I can already feel a difference in my knee. The only thing I would do different is pick a model that I could pair with my phone.

Sliding forward constantly

Constantly sliding forward when I am pedaling. It bothers me so much cause you have to realign again and again. I couldn’t find much solution to it as I used some sticky pads under it that are used for rugs to prevent sliding. But they don’t stay in place long because it keeps trying to slide forward so it rips the pads under it. I am going to look for another one with this issue in mind. So when you buy expect it to slide while you do pedaling.
