Only 990 in a package

I have a fancy counting scale, so I decided to count and see if this was a true 1000 pack. 990 came in my pack, your milage may vary, obviously not a big deal. They also come unpackaged loose in the shipping box, so you'll have to provide your own storage solution if the shipping box isn't adequate. Quality of the actual shims is fine.
