Great lunchboxes and great customer service!

I purchased 4 of these lunchboxes several months ago. They are very leakproof, well made, and hold a lot of food. The only thing I've had a problem with is the hinges of the cover. They are very prone to breaking if they get overextended (which is actually pretty easy to do). I would normally rate less than 5 stars, based on this, but customer service has been so helpful at replacing them extremely hassle free. They have also sent me a new improved version of the lunchboxes, so hopefully they will work out better. I feel that it would be better for them to create a 360 degree hinge so they wouldn't be able to break in this manner. Hopefully my review was helpful..

I bought this almost a month ago. It already broke in a few areas. Half of the connection pieces broke as well as one of the front clips. It is not leak proof as it states. I was very disappointed. I have a different kind of be to lunch nox from a different company. Although it also is not leak proof, it is very sturdy. Ive had that one for 2 years.
