Best on the Market

These can be slightly difficult to connect and setup straight out of the box, but once you get used to the syncing and controls these are a must have for any motorcycle rider. My wife and I used these on a trip from Chicage to Gatlinburg and they were worth every penny. We were able to listen to our own music the whole time while communicating whenever we needed to. Battery lasted the whole trip (right at 10 hours) so I am happy with that. Be prepared to play with the microphone placement and sensitivity. It takes some time to dial it in but once you do it works great. If you are going to be traveling over 55mph for long periods of time I would suggest using earbuds instead of the speakers. It becomes somewhat difficult to hear at higher speeds and you will find yourself focusing too much on deciphering what the other person is saying. All in all it performs extremely well for what it is designed to do. The app is working well and is helpful for getting all your settings adjusted. Thanks for a great product Sena.

Decent, but could be better

These headsets hooked up to my 2018 Gold Wing with little fuss. The primary headset works well with the bike's audio system and with Siri and Apple CarPlay. Be sure the mic is positioned correctly, tho. Making and receiving phone calls works pretty well. Installation in both helmets was reasonably easy, and the headsets should stay put given they way they're mounted. The intercom functions well, but I've had to pair the two headsets a number of times. I was hoping they's stay paired once paired the first time. The audio quality is not very good. I managed to improve the quality somewhat by adding (supplied) spacers between the speakers and the helmet, putting the speakers closer to my ears. It's still not very good. It's adequate for speech and hearing instructions from the nav system. The units are not waterproof. This is unacceptable for something that is meant to be used outside, in the elements. I have not tried the FM radio, nor the linking to other riders on other bikes. I really wish these had active noise cancelling for wind noise. Over all, I think the cost is too high for these units, given the deficiencies.
