We absolutely love the Melissa & Doug Double-Sided Wooden Star Diner Restaurant Play Space! 🌟 This play set has quickly become a favorite in our house. It’s not just a toy; it’s a full experience for our kids! The diner features a wonderfully detailed kitchen on one side with an oven, stovetop, grill, and even a fridge! The kids love pretending to cook up their favorite meals. On the other side, the 50s-style diner is super charming, complete with a jukebox and a spinning cake plate that makes playtime so much fun. 🍰🎶 The quality of this wooden play space is fantastic—it's sturdy and built to last, which is a must with active little ones. 2 separate sets, both with split boards

The directions were very clear and it was very easy to put together. However, I opened it 10 days before Christmas to start putting it together and I found 4 different boards that were split. One of the boards was so bad it actually broke in half when my husband picked it up. Frantically I ordered a replacement as we needed it before Christmas. The new one came and there were 3 defective boards!!! And this split that is in the photo was on a board that is the divider of the seats and kitchen. The split area is not laid bearing so I assembled it but I’m surprised in the poor quality of a Melissa & Doug item since they usually make pretty good items. The outside of the box was not damaged so it must have gotten damaged before it was put in the box. Poor quality control.
