A little snug, but good for training

Awesome trainers. I bought them for HIIT and strength training and they do the job very well. Adidas shoes run a half size bigger than other brands. These are a little more snug that my other Adidas, but not enough to size up. I did have foot cramps the first few times I wore them but it’s not a problem once you’re used to them.

Despite its lovely shape - heel plastic holder makes it extremely uncomfortable - even painfully to wear . Bottom rubber sole too thin - not easy to wear
