I love these for getting rid of dead skin. There’s a softer side that is white and slightly more of abrasive side that is blue. I don’t use the blue side very often, but I always feel clean after I get rid of all the dead skin. I think the blue side is too abrasive to use very often.

My dermatologist recommend this to me because I get really bad in grown hairs on my head, after a few uses I can see it makes a difference with getting the dead skin if you have bad in growns or eczema in recommend this product it helps.
