Used the unit to replace an older receipt printer. Installation was a 10 minute task and everything worked perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better print quality.

The printer arrived without the complete electrical cord! I used one that I had from a previous model. When I turned it on, I wasn’t able to connect it because I didn’t have the print driver for it. I contacted Geek Squad to assist me in downloading the print driver. They weren’t able to ever get it to work. I should have know the product was sub par when I opened the box and it looked like someone had just taken the printer, tossed it in the box and shipped it without any testing. My advice, pay the extra $ to purchase a brand new print. It wasn’t worth the hassle to save a hundred bucks!
