So after reading some reviews I was kinda hesitant to purchase this, but I went on and got it. First to everyone who claims the end caps dont come off ....umm it's called YouTube look it up before posting bad reviews. Next it was perfect I love the whole flex band and the size was perfect. All of the charms we purchased looked amazing once placed on the bangle.

no instructions came with item

I was going to give it to my granddaughter as a gift. Since there was no instrucions enclosed, I went to the internet to determine how to get the ends off. Push and turn. This was not possible with the hand. They would not push in or turn. After a long frustrating time i was able to get part of the end off. The inner part of the knob stayed on, and only the outer part of the knob came off. I could not get the charms on the bracelet with the inner part still on. It was so frustrting. It still sets in the box on the table. I believe this item was returned as being defective by someone and an attempt was made to repair and they failed.How do you want to handle this problem with a GOOD CUSTOMER.
