Excellent machine!

No complaints -- the product works great -- is fast and has a great display. The only thing is I wish the display went further out to the edges as there is about an inch of "black" around the entire screen.

I bought this computer for my daughter for nursing school. July 2019. The computer will not turn on since February, took it to computer shop and they determined the mother board was bad. This was far too much to pay for a computer for it to take a dump in less than 3 years. Notified ASUS and they essentially said Oh, well too bad for you. I would NOT recommend spending the money for this product.

Seemingly, Great specs. Yet, I'm not sure why it's having so many issues. Freezing constantly. Keyboard and mouse randomly disconnect quite often, requiring a hard reboot. I'm not happy with it.
Reparability is Horrible

If you plan on changing the m.2 drive or ram etc in this machine, beware! It is not easy for the average user to disassemble, and when I asked Asus for a service manual they said they did not have one, to which I promptly replied that I would no longer be offering their All In One computers to my customers anymore.

Azus All in One

Cannot speak for this product. I purchased an Azuz 2017 all-in-one this past year and it is terrible. Time has never worked. It freezes frequently, is slow, and I made a great mistake in purchasing it. Hope this model is much improved. After my experience with my Azuz I would never buy another one.
