My first microwave was a Sharp Carousel II microwave/convection oven. We had it for over 30 years and we are just.now having to replace it. If this one works half as good as the other, I'll be pleased.

Product failed within 60 days of light use

Shipment arrived on time. Box was in great shape. Microwave looked great. I installed it and it worked fine for about 60 days with very light use. Now it won’t cook at all. I am stuck going through warranty process on line with SHARP and that is dragging on too long. Should have gone to a local store and would have had a little better recourse at least I think I might have. Either way this product isn’t worth the money.
