The Best Shoe I've Ever Worn
By Dove on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2018
First, let me start off by saying I have extremely high arches. I have severe Plantar fasciitis to the point that I have to do exercises to stretch my feet and ACL about five to six times a day. I also own two pairs of Vionic, which are comfortable, but the arch support in their sneakers still isn't quite enough and the heel cup isn't quite cushy enough to help with the severe cramping and swelling I get after being on my feet for about 5 or 6 hours. I use Vionic flip flops as normal wear around the house since being barefooted is actually painful for me on hardwood floors. I work a tough job, being on my feet 8 to 12 hours a day. It's utter misery, and I've been relying on exercises, physical therapy, and NSAID's to manage the pain, but nothing quite helps. Until these shoes. I knew, as soon as I put my foot into this shoe for the first time, that this was the pair I'd been looking for. You would not believe the cushion under your feet. It's insane. If I could walk on clouds, this was it. I was concerned about picking up a shoe with so much cushioning. I'm prone to supination (walking on the outsides of my feet) because I favor my arches. It causes tremendous back, hip, and thigh pain for me. As soon as I put this pair on, I could feel the weight and stress immediately removed from my lower back and thighs. My hips didn't ache when I waked. The Vionic helped a lot, but this shoe... this is it. If you have high arches, this shoe is your savior. No joke. I cannot believe I can work a 12 hour shift on my feet and not have lower back pain. I'm more energetic all through work because I am not having to stop, rub, stretch my ACL's constantly, or put my feet up during breaks to get the cramping to go away. There is NO CRAMPING. My other issue was extreme stabbing pain in my heels. That's gone. The soles of my feet don't feel swollen and painful, and I've significantly cut down on my use of IB Profin and Aleve to alleviate pain. The heel cup is wide, and the toe box is excellent. I can wear my thick compression socks and arch support socks easily and still be comfortable in these shoes. They fit perfectly. They are TRUE TO SIZE! Unless you wear extremely thick socks or have an extremely wide toe box, your preferred size will fit you just right. Not to mention, these sneakers LOOK GREAT. (And I'm kinda picky about how my shoes look.) I still have small soreness issues after about six hours of working. A quick stretch of my ACL's and my feet, and I'm good to go for another six hours. It's because of these shoes that I'm happy to be at work and on my feet again. Don't just "think" about getting this pair of shoes if you suffer from the same extreme pain that I have. Just get them. Try them. Marvel at how much better you're going to feel. Saucony, thank YOU for this amazing product. You've changed my quality of life.

ISO 4 is a Massive Downgrade Compared to ISO 3
By carson222 on Reviewed in the United States on May 20, 2019
I've been a Saucony wearer for years and have worn the Triumphs line for quite some time. The ISO 3 shoe fit much better, was more comfortable, and did not cause calve fatigue. I will not buy the ISO 4 model again. My foot slips out and does not form to the heel like the ISO 3 shoe. Hopefully this is fixed in the ISO 5 model but I hate spending that much to see they have the same issues.
