Only 2 lights working!!

I received my plant light today and only 2 out of the 3 heads are working?? I was really looking forward to getting a product that was 100% working and ready to use.....I had read reviews where others had the same issue as me but I didn't think I'd receive a defective product. Even though two of the lights work I'm still disappointed....Update: After posting my review the company quickly reached out to me and sent me out a replacement unit at no extra charge and the shipping was expedited! I was able to keep my original unit as I can still use the two lamp heads that are working. Since receiving the new unit I have it on my bonsai plant and it’s growing healthy and it looks amazing! Light definitely works!

Beware cheap wires

I like the product. However, it arrived with a problem. One of the heads flickered on and off as I set it up, an obvious wire short. Rather than going through a return process I decided to fix it myself. This was no easy task considering the small size of the wires. One hot wire splits off to the three heads with one solder joint. It's an easy place for problems to occur, and something the manufacturer should improve. Otherwise, it seems a good product.
