Pads quite awkward to engage

The worst thing is that there's a hole in the bottom of f the caddy, I don't like the idea of anything being able to drop onto my floor. Also, when you try and click the wand onto the pad, they fall over and flip around in the caddy, you end up having to handle the pads to get them onto the wand, and I REALLY DON'T want the chemicals on my hands!!
